We keep connection start and stop times and basic health metrics for 30 days, then delete them. We never log the sites you visit or your DNS queries.

In most cases, yes. HomeAnchor routes you through a residential connection in your chosen home city, so services that expect you at that location see a normal home-city connection. We can't guarantee any specific bank's behaviour, and we monitor edge health continuously so you can see when a city is up.
HomeAnchor is for reaching your own accounts and services from your home location. Follow the terms of the services and employers you use it with. It isn't a way to get around rules someone else has set for you.
